My Brand of Lollipop

People say that from 3 months onwards, babies love to stuff their thumb, fingers, or even the whole hand altogether into their mouths. There's no stopping for this lil' one. I wonder if it is just a phrase or due to the fact that I don't give him the pacifier? Perhaps time will tell.

4-month-old Jovan eyes every morsel of food eagerly. I don't remember Jaeden being this excited at that age.

Hello 2013!

Posted by Ling | Labels: Best Blogger Tips

I disappeared for the better half of 2012 - there were lots going on.

A brief recap:
First we were trying to sell our flat, and then buy another. The timeline did not tie in nicely and we had to move in with my in-laws while waiting for our flat to be ready. Packing up and shifting house must be the most laborious task to a pregnant woman; it was no joke since we had to juggle that along with a one year plus toddler; we couldn't move at the pace we wanted to. And Baby Jovan arrived. I did confinement, oversee the new house's renovation during maternity and am now back to contribute to the GDP of the nation. And hopefully back to blogging in between pockets of time.

I must commend mummies who have more than one kid, no helper and are still able to blog actively. After getting off from work everyday, we pick up our kids from my mother-in-law's (thank God for mother-in-laws). Once home, I plunge into the nitty-gritties of settling them down for bedtime. After they are asleep, provided I don't doze off together, I will get up and about with the housework - a few tasks every night. This is so that I won't need to work on household chores on the weekends. Weekends are set aside for quality time with our dearie kids. With all these, factoring in my pumping schedule, I'm left with hardly any time for myself, much less blogging. So how you mummies do it? Please share!

Busyness aside, the ride has been a joyous one.
